🌙 Greetings, my Fantastical Fairies and radiant Magical Starr-bursts… and a soft shimmering nod to those drifting in the dreamspell of Bruklan-itis, you are woven into this tapestry too.
I am Goddess Bruklan, stepping through the veils with starlight in my hands, here to awaken your inner fire, guide you deeper into your own enchantment, and help you craft a life so luminous it radiates beauty and brilliance far beyond you. ✨
There comes a time when the soul whispers, “It’s time.”
Not with urgency, not with fear. Just a steady knowing that the life you’re meant to live is waiting, shimmering at the edges of your awareness. But to reach it, you have to loosen your grip on everything you no longer need.
This is a time of release. Of cleansing inside and out, of letting go to rise higher.
Creating space in our lives isn’t just about decluttering our physical surroundings; it’s also about making room in our minds and hearts for the extraordinary. When we clear away the clutter, we allow ourselves to blossom. This journey can lead to significant transformations, where we not only release what no longer serves us but also invite in the best experiences, connections, and opportunities.
My self-healing journey opened my eyes to the importance of both physical and emotional space. I feel lighter and more open to receiving everything life has to offer. Let’s explore the actionable steps to find this transformative process for yourself.
The Weight of Hoarding
Holding on is heavier than we realize.
Not just the clutter in drawers or the clothes we haven’t touched in years but the memories we’ve stacked like old boxes, the expectations we’ve crammed into corners, the unspoken resentments collecting dust in the attic of the heart.
Hoarding, physical or emotional, creates a quiet background noise of stress.
Every object holds a whisper.
Every unresolved thought demands space.
I didn’t recognize how much weight I carried until I finally set it down.
Before I began my self-healing journey, my life resembled that of a 'hoarder.' I had physical items cluttering my space. Unusable things laying about, trinkets collecting dust, and mementos stored in boxes but rarely looked at. It wasn’t just about the physical clutter. I had invested emotionally in past experiences and unresolved feelings.
At the height of my hoarding, I had many more things than I actually used or needed. This 'collection' didn’t bring me happiness; it caused anxiety and a sense of being overwhelmed.
The clutter became a barrier to my happiness and growth, stifling my potential rather than enhancing it.
Recognizing the Need for Making Space
The truth arrived gently:
I couldn’t call in the life I wanted while still gripping the remnants of a life I had outgrown.
There was a moment, subtle yet seismic, where I realized that my spirit was asking for something cleaner, clearer, more aligned.
Not more things.
Not more noise.
But more room for blessings to land without having to shove their way in.
Awareness became my first act of liberation.
Change began in a whisper… and grew into a revolution.
The pivotal moment in my healing journey was realizing that I needed to clear out the mess I had created for myself with the help of so many people and things in my life that didn't do me any good. Slowly, the idea took shape: to make room for the best, I had to clear out what held me back.
I made a commitment to myself: it was time to release what no longer served me. This meant not only deep cleaning my physical surroundings but also engaging in serious self-reflection.
Diving Deep: My Physical Space
So I started with the tangible and visible. The honest reflection of my inner world.
I opened drawers I had avoided.
I faced clusters of belongings that no longer felt like me.
And as I sorted, something extraordinary happened:
each object became a question.
Does this elevate me?
Does this match the woman I am becoming?
Would the “best of the best” version of my life include this?
When the answer was “no,” I released it with gratitude, not guilt.
I felt the room expand…
and with it, my own breath.
Removing clutter didn’t just free my space, it freed me.
I decided to start with my physical surroundings since they were the most visible. My decluttering process began room by room, and I asked myself some crucial questions:
Does this item bring me joy?
Is it useful or meaningful?
Am I keeping it out of obligation or guilt?
This decluttering process helped me experience an immense release. The more I donated, sold, or recycled, the lighter and freer I felt and the more healing occurred in my life on every level of my being.
This was not just a physical purge but also an emotional one.
Cleaning Up My Online World
Then I turned to the spaces no one sees at first glance. The digital corners where old identities linger.
Unfollow.
Unsubscribe.
Delete.
Archive.
Release.
I cleared outdated files, old messages, and social feeds that dimmed my spirit or stirred unnecessary comparison.
My online world became a place of inspiration rather than irritation. A quiet echo of the life I am consciously cultivating.
Digital energy matters.
It weaves itself into our emotional rhythms more than we notice.
And now, mine finally matches my direction.
Healing My Physical Body
With my outer world softening, my inner world grew louder in its needs.
My physical sacred vessel demanded care, tenderness, intentional nourishment.
I felt where tension had settled.
I listened to where inflammation whispered.
I noticed the spaces where stagnation lived like old furniture tucked into unseen corners.
Releasing became more than organizing. It became physical healing.
I honored my body with hydration, stretching, movement, foods that felt alive.
I let toxins and stress melt from my muscles like ice under sunlight.
I breathed deeper.
I rested more intentionally.
My body responded with gratitude, resilience, and a glow that felt like a blessing returned.
Embracing a holistic approach to health was essential:
Nutrition: Although my nutritional focus is not yet perfected I do have an ideal way of eating I am constantly working towards.
Exercise: I prioritize movement through kundalini yoga, walking, resistance exercises, and even doing what I like to call, Goddess energy dancing. Regular exercise improves my mood and boosts my overall well-being.
Rest: I learned the value of quality sleep. Implementing a calming bedtime routine helps me wake up feeling refreshed and ready for new experiences each day.
Taking care of my body in these ways allows me to cultivate mental clarity, creating the kind of space where I can receive even more inspiration into my life.
A Clean Slate: My Mental Clarity
Clearing the mind is a different kind of courage.
It means facing thoughts that loop like vines around your peace.
It means setting down beliefs that kept you small because they once felt safe.
So I began to unlearn.
To detach.
To rewrite.
I noticed the clutter of “shoulds,” the debris of worries, the echoes of outdated narratives.
Piece by piece, I released them
sometimes gently,
sometimes fiercely,
but always intentionally.
In the clean quiet that followed, I could finally hear my own truth again.
I could think without noise.
I could dream without limits.
Mental clarity became my oxygen.
I engage in mindfulness practices such as meditation and journaling. Reflecting on my feelings is one of the many pathways to release stuck emotions. By addressing past traumas, I've let go with love and compassion.
This mental clearing significantly opened the door to welcoming new experiences and possibilities into my life.
Embracing the Lightness
One day, I woke up and realized I felt… lighter. Not fragile, but free.
A feather on a new breeze.
A dawn breaking without clouds.
Lightness isn’t emptiness;
it is sacred spaciousness.
It is room for joy to stretch.
Room for new dreams to land softly without squeezing their way inside.
I felt myself expanding into the woman I had always been beneath the clutter.
Releasing physical, social, and emotional burdens made me feel lighter. It felt as if weights had lifted, allowing me to spread my wings. I noticed a wave of positive energy flowing into my life.
This transformation shifted my perspective profoundly. Instead of feeling limited by my possessions or past experiences, I felt liberated. Welcoming new positive experiences is a thrilling prospect.
Ready to Receive Abundance
Once the space opened, abundance began to dance toward me with a new rhythm. As if it had been waiting patiently at the door, tapping its feet and saying,
“Finally.”
Opportunities felt clearer.
Connections felt aligned.
My intuition felt sharper.
My gratitude felt deeper.
Abundance shows up where it has room to breathe.
And now, I had created a sanctuary where blessings could flourish without resistance.
Embracing this newfound lightness led me to a crucial realization: I was ready to receive abundance. My journey has taught me that creating space allows goodness to flow into my life.
Being open to receiving means welcoming new opportunities and connections into my life that are truly good for me. It’s about trusting that the universe is working for me. This mindset has brought a sense of joyful anticipation. Each day evolves into an exploration filled with potential.
Fostering a Growth Mindset
Letting go taught me something profound:
growth doesn’t require force it requires space.
A growth mindset isn’t about hustle or pressure.
It’s about believing, deeply and consistently,
that I can evolve beyond what I’ve known.
Release became my teacher.
Expansion became my natural state.
And I welcomed every new lesson with an open, courageous heart.
A vital part of my transformation involved cultivating a growth mindset, which I was not encouraged to embrace when I was younger. This openness to learning allows me to expand my horizons and truly welcome the best experiences.
I seek opportunities for growth through online courses, workshops, and other means. By surrounding myself with inspired people, I strengthened my commitment to making space for personal development.
Every learning opportunity is a step toward a bright future filled with promise.
Savoring Gratitude
With so much stripped away, gratitude became richer.
Not tied to things, but tied to breath, clarity, truth, and alignment.
I found gratitude in the simplest moments:
sunlight warming my skin,
an uncluttered desk,
a peaceful morning,
a thought that didn’t hurt anymore.
Gratitude filled the spaces I had emptied and turned them into altars of abundance.
As I created space, I developed a daily gratitude practice. Reflecting on what I am thankful for has proven powerful in keeping me aligned with the energy of abundance. Gratitude serves as a reminder of the goodness in my life and helps maintain a positive mindset.
Gratitude acts as an energetic magnet, inviting more positivity into our lives.
Ready for the Best of the Best
This is the season where I stop settling for “almost right.”
Where I stop tolerating “good enough.”
Where I stop keeping what was meant to be temporary just because I’m used to it.
I am clearing space for the best of the best
in love,
in friendships,
in opportunities,
in environments,
in the way I treat myself.
I am preparing my life like a sacred guest room for the blessings that are already on their way.
After dedicating years to shedding what no longer serves me, I feel genuinely prepared. The best of the best is poised to enter my life. I will only allow the best of the best. It will be no other way for me.
This journey has taught me that the universe rewards those who create space on every level. It waits patiently for us to be open to receiving.
To all the creators and dreamers, now is your time. Take a step toward releasing what holds you back. You possess the power to transform your life by making space for extraordinary opportunities.
Embrace the Journey Ahead
Release is not a one-time act.
It is a way of living.
I move forward with hands unclenched,
with a spirit unburdened,
with trust that what I let go creates space for what is divinely meant for me.
This journey is not about losing.
It is about rising.
It is about welcoming miracles with open arms.
It is about making my life a sanctuary
for the most aligned, luminous, extraordinary blessings to find their way home.
And I am ready.
More ready than ever.
The journey of making space for the best of the best is empowering. It goes beyond simply decluttering our surroundings; it is also about deep healing and growth.
By letting go of what no longer serves you, be it physical items or limiting beliefs, you create a foundation for new experiences to flourish.
Take an active role in your growth. Embrace the endless possibilities that arise from creating space and trust that your path is unfolding just as it should. You are not just emptying what no longer serves you in your life; you are inviting abundance in.
So, prepare yourself! Set your intentions and truly heal from the past. The best of the best is waiting, ready to be welcomed into your life. It is up to you to allow it in.
Affirmation
I am letting go and opening to something greater.
🌿 Ritual: “The Sacred Clearing Ceremony”
A gentle rite for releasing the old and welcoming the best of the best
Ideal timing: sunrise, sunset, or any quiet moment when your spirit feels ready.
You Will Need
A glass or bowl of water
A candle (white, gold, or natural beeswax)
Something to symbolize what you’re releasing (a piece of paper, a pebble, a dried leaf, anything small)
Something to symbolize what you’re welcoming (a crystal, a flower, a coin, or simply your hand over your heart)
Step 1: Prepare the Space
Find a calm corner. Sit comfortably.
Let your breath soften. Long inhales, even longer exhales.
Feel yourself landing fully in your body.
Light the candle and whisper:
“I welcome clarity. I welcome cleansing. I welcome truth.”
Step 2: Release the Old
Hold your symbol of release in your hands.
Let your heart speak, not with force, but with tenderness:
What are you ready to set down?
What no longer reflects the person you are becoming?
What is too heavy to carry into your next chapter?
When you feel the moment peak, say:
“I release what weighs me down.
I empty what no longer holds meaning.
I trust that letting go is a gift.”
Dip the object into the bowl of water or, if safe, place it beside the candle as a final offering.
Imagine the weight lifting from your shoulders like dust dissolving into light.
Step 3: Purify Your Energy
Place your hands over the bowl of water.
Visualize the water glowing with cleansing light.
Gently splash a bit over your hands or your heart.
Let the cool touch awaken you.
Say softly:
“I cleanse my life, my mind, my body, my spirit.
I make space for blessings to enter.”
Feel the inner spaciousness opening, blossoming.
Step 4: Welcome the Best of the Best
Hold your symbol of invitation or simply touch your heart.
Close your eyes and imagine your highest life approaching you like a sunrise:
warm, golden, inevitable.
Say:
“I open my life to the best of the best.
Only what elevates me may enter.
Only what aligns with my highest path may stay.”
Let the truth of those words settle into your bones.
Feel yourself expanding into readiness.
Step 5: Seal the Ceremony
Blow out the candle with intention, as if your exhale is sending your desires into the universe.
Close with:
“It is done.
It is blessed.
I am ready.”
Sit for a moment in the stillness.
Let the lightness embrace you.
✨ Prayer: “A Clearing for My Highest Good”
Soft enough for comfort. Strong enough to shift timelines.
Dear Universe,
Dear Source of Light,
Dear Wise Breath that flows through all things
I come to you with open hands and an open heart.
I release the heaviness I have outgrown,
the clutter that obscured my truth,
the habits and memories that kept me small.
Wash me in clarity.
Guide me in gentleness.
Lift from me every weight, every doubt, every dim place
that no longer belongs in the person I am becoming.
Bless my mind with peace.
Bless my body with vitality.
Bless my home with harmony.
Bless my soul with expansion.
As I create space,
fill it only with what uplifts, nourishes, and honors my highest path.
May abundance flow toward me with ease.
May aligned opportunities find me effortlessly.
May love... true, supportive, expansive love... rise to meet me.
May every corner of my life shine with purpose and possibility.
I am ready to receive the best of the best.
I am ready to rise into the life prepared for me.
I am ready to walk forward with grace, courage, and deep, glowing gratitude.
Thank you for guiding me.
Thank you for transforming me.
Thank you for clearing the way.
Amen.
And so it is.
